  • Damaged products received during shipping
  • Incorrect products sent (wrong item or concentration)
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging upon arrival
  • Products that fail quality verification upon arrival
  • Unopened products within 14 days of delivery (subject to restocking fee)

Products NOT Eligible for Return

  • Opened products (due to health and safety regulations)
  • Products beyond 30 days from delivery date
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
  • Custom or special order products (made-to-order items)

48-Hour Reporting Window

For damaged or incorrect products, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. This helps us resolve issues quickly and improve our shipping processes.

Email support@militialabs.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible. Do not ship products without an RA number.

Ship the Product Back

Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include your RA number. Ship via tracked carrier service. We recommend insurance for valuable items.

Receive Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 3-5 business days.

Refund Policy

Refund Methods

All refunds are issued in cryptocurrency to the wallet address used for the original purchase. Refunds include:

  • Full product cost for damaged or incorrect items
  • Original shipping costs (if product was damaged or incorrect)
  • Return shipping costs (for eligible returns with our fault)

Refund Timeframes

  • Cryptocurrency refunds: 1-3 business days after approval
  • Blockchain confirmation may take additional time depending on network
  • Refund amount based on USD value at time of original purchase

Restocking Fee

Unopened products returned within 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and quality re-verification costs. Damaged or incorrect items have no restocking fee.

Important Notes

  • Products must be stored properly according to package instructions
  • Cryptocurrency transactions are final once sent
  • We cannot refund products damaged due to improper storage
  • Custom orders and special formulations cannot be returned
  • All returns must be approved before shipping

Replacement Options

In many cases, a replacement may be faster than a refund. We offer:

  • Expedited replacement shipping for damaged items at no cost
  • Credit towards future purchases (110% of product value)
  • Alternative product of equal or greater value
  • Partial refunds for minor issues that don't affect product quality

Shipping Damage Claims

All packages are insured during shipping. If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents immediately
  • Do not discard packaging materials
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and tracking number
  • We will file a carrier claim and send a replacement immediately
