Packaging & Handling
Discreet Packaging
All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes. There is no external indication of contents, company name, or product type. Return address uses a generic business name.
Protective Packaging
Products are individually sealed and protected with bubble wrap or foam padding. Temperature-sensitive items include cold packs when necessary. All injectable products are packaged in protective sleeves to prevent breakage.
Temperature Control
Peptides and HGH products requiring refrigeration are shipped with ice packs and insulated packaging. Standard shipping times ensure products remain within safe temperature ranges during transit.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped. Track your package through:

Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to the following:
- PO Boxes or parcel lockers (for temperature-sensitive items)

Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and household members first. Contact us within 48 hours if still missing. All packages are insured and we will replace or refund lost items.
Damaged Packages
Inspect packages upon delivery. If damaged, photograph the package and contents immediately. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will file a carrier claim and send replacement immediately.
Delivery Delays
Weather, customs, and carrier issues may cause delays. We will proactively notify you of any expected delays. If package is delayed beyond estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll work with carrier to resolve.
