Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Militia Labs website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Militia Labs. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request identification to verify age.

Product Use and Restrictions

All products sold by Militia Labs including oral steroids, injectable steroids, peptides, and HGH are intended for research purposes only and are not for human consumption. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing these products for research purposes only
  • You will not use these products for human consumption
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • You understand the legal status of these products in your jurisdiction

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept cryptocurrency payments only (USDT and USDC) on ERC-20 (Ethereum) and TRC-20 (Tron) networks for maximum security and privacy.

All cryptocurrency transactions are final and cannot be reversed. Ensure you send payment to the correct wallet address and on the correct network. All prices are displayed in AUD and converted to USD at checkout. Exchange rates are updated regularly. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Shipping

We ship orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. All shipments are discreetly packaged.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. We will provide a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Incorrect product was shipped
  • Product does not match the description
  • Verifiable quality issues

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. All returns and refunds are at our sole discretion.
